This week in Ladybirds Class we…
- This week we turned our role play area into a space theme. The children have had loads of fun looking at all the different planets and pretending to be astronauts and aliens in outer space.
- Our colour of the week this week was Green. The children had so much fun linking both space and green together to make their own aliens.
- We worked on our number recognition this week. Our number of the week was five. We did a lot of find the number and matching the quantities.
- The children explored lots of different messy play opportunities this week. Some of them being jelly baff, shaving foam & even creating an alien car wash!
- The Children had lots of fun doing some baking this week. In honour of the NHS Birthday the children made rocky road. We talked about the importance of the NHS and everything they do to help us.
- The children made the most of the hot weather by getting into our paddling pool for a quick cool down.
