This week in Caterpillars Class we…
- This week we have been looking at cars in different environments.
We have been doing lots of work on strengthening our pincer grips. The children enjoyed completing the different patterns using the tongs. - The children have been looking at patterns. They enjoyed following and continuing different patterns.
- They have also loved playing the traffic light game. We also adjusted it to playing different instruments meant they had to move a certain way. They loved having the different option to a game that a few of them have played before.
- The children have been doing lots of team games outside in the garden. They loved doing the relay races. Working together as a team to get to the finish line. They have loved having little ‘challenges’ set up for them to complete, whether it be 10 star jumps or do a silly dance.
