This week in Ladybirds Class we…
- The week we have been working on our colour recognition. The children really enjoyed the colourful water tuff tray where they had to mix the colours and use different materials such as sponges and lemon squeezers to make the different colours.
- We made traffic light fruits. We spoke about the different colours on a traffic light and what they mean and how we use them to cross the road safely.
- The children loved the ice cream tuff tray. They had lots of different tools to help them make the ‘ice creams’ speaking about what flavours the different colours were.
- The children all enjoyed the circus themed Boogie Beats this morning. We had fun using the bean bags and looking for Julie’s missing red nose.
