This week in Caterpillars Class we…
- We have been learning new directional language to navigate the remote control cars around obstacles in the playground.
- The children got stuck into a car washing tuff tray and enjoyed sharing their own experiences of going through car washes and helping wash cars at home!
- We made our own traffic light biscuits. As the children decorated their biscuits we discussed what each colour means. We also discussed when its safe to cross a road, waiting for the man to turn green or using a zebra crossing.
- The children got stuck into their imaginative play and tuned the book corner into a jail!
- We explored the texture of messy foam play.
- We enjoyed searching for numbers and using different containers to transfer water.
